TTN HOME IS CURRENTLY ON HIATUS
A Community for Women over 50 Exploring Housing Options
- In collaboration with Ashby Village & NEXT Village SF -
The Transition Network (TTN) is a nationwide organization of women over the age of 50 who are dealing with transitions related to career, health, housing and relationships. Several San Francisco Bay Area Chapter TTN members, prompted by their own housing needs, created an initiative called TTN-HOME.
TTN-HOME focuses on women over 50 who are exploring housing options and are eager to maximize their independence as they get older. By focusing solely on housing-related questions and issues, TTN-HOME provides resources, networking and creative thinking.
TTN-HOME is a hub that focuses on providing:
A central meeting ground for women to discover new ways to think about their housing issues;
Workshops to share experiences, explore in-depth housing options, issues, concerns;
Networking opportunities to connect with others with similar housing issues;
A TTN-HOME online group where members can post housing-related information and requests for housing;
Support to one another in this new and uncharted territory critical to our age group.
