TTN will kick-off Fall programs on Tuesday, September 29. We will be meeting at The Golden Corral, 7401 W. Commercial Blvd, Tamarac from noon until 2:30. This location is just west of the Commercial Blvd exit on Florida Tpke, in hopes it can be more geographically strategic than Nova. We will start with self-pay buffet lunch, and then go into our Ageless Grace program.

Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program created by Denise Medved, consisting of 21 simple exercise tools. We will learn about the aging brain (risk & prevention factors) as well as neuroplasticity and the benefits of the program. We will then participate in the Ageless Grace program, which does take place sitting down.

Ageless Grace Tools emphasize different anti-aging techniques, such as joint mobilitiy, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, kinesthetic learning, cognitive function, and balance.
