The Textile Museum has joined with George Washington University and in March 2015 moved from its former S St. mansion to a custom built facility on the GW campus. Join us as the museum’s Senior Curator Sumru Krody gives TTN Burning Daylight a private tour of the museum’s opening exhibit. The show “Unraveling Identity: Our Textiles, Our Stories” is the largest ever mounted by the Museum, and the theme gives the TM the opportunity to bring out more than 100 of its best and most interesting pieces from across five continents and 3000 years.
