When you join The Transition Network, you join a national organization.  Depending on the location of your primary, legal residence, you may also be affiliated with one of our chapters.  Each chapter is unique in the programs and groups they offer.  If you don't live near one our chapters, you will be a "National" member and can still enjoy all the benefits of membership.
