Can you think of a person or situation that is consistently a source of frustration, that leaves you feeling unfulfilled and powerless? That is likely an issue with boundaries. Your boundaries.

Without boundaries, people may take advantage of you because you haven’t set limits about how you expect to be treated.  Boundaries help put the opportunity of relief and freedom squarely in your control.

Personal boundaries are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships. A person with healthy boundaries are able to say “no” to others when they want to, but they are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and close relationships.

In our workshop, we will:
  • Define boundaries, what they are and what they aren’t
  • Explore ways to set, communicate, and hold your boundaries
  • Identify obstacles to setting up boundaries
  • Reflect on where it’s best for you to begin to incorporate boundaries for yourself
