The Long Island Chapter: Fall Series of Fitness Classes with Victoria

Cardio, Core & More:
This class is designed for women 50+ and geared to burn fat, build lean muscle and to have FUN!  Class starts with a series of stretches followed by 20-25 minutes of lite-cardio with thought provoking, muscle specific moves. We will use the back-end of the class to work with weights, core and floor. The class will end with a relaxing stretch, often adding meditation and positive thoughts to take away with you for your day.  Class will be approximately 55 minutes. Everyone welcome. Easily modifiable.
You will need: 
1. Water for water breaks.
2. Supportive footwear.
3. A mat or a towel for the floor.
4. Handheld weights/lite dumbbells. (If you don't have any, you can substitute water bottles or cans of beans).
5. A Chair. (For modification if you can't go to the floor or as an aid for something to hold on to). 

 When your registration, including credit card payment, is complete you will receive a confirmation.
