While the planning of financial assets is often discussed, most individuals do not want to even think about the planning of estate assets until it is too late. In this seminar, presented by attorney Dayna Rose Benn, we will walk through the step-by-step process of what needs to be done to administer an estate and how to handle estate assets when a loved one passes. By examining the pitfalls that can occur if an estate is not planned or executed properly, we will touch on the best ways to avoid such mistakes in your own estate plan or that of a loved one.We will address the benefits of lifetime gifting, including setting up education funds for grandchildren and annual exclusion gifts.
