Did you know that Balance is a skill you can learn? 
And that Fear can be a real predictor of falling?

There is a way to conquer the fear -- and gain this skill.


This Caring Collaborative presentation will show you how, featuring renowned personal trainer, teacher, and author Carol Clements* leading the way!

Register now and learn how Carol will help us to break the cycle of fear by getting a firm understanding of and grip on this skill.  

She will describe the theories and easy steps to lengthening your torso, developing flexibility, mobility, and confidence. And this session will allow you to experience some of the simple balance techniques she recommends through selected standing balancing participation. 

This is not an exercise class, but it is a terrific opportunity to see and try 
out some key easy moves to achieving better balance!
