Looking for a new way to reduce stress or improve your balance and muscle strength? Join the third event in our new Wellness Event Series, for an introduction to the flowing movements of Tai Chi – often described as “meditation in motion”. Tai Chi is a great activity that provides mind and body balance through low-impact, gentle movements derived from ancient martial arts techniques.
Join Ben Kipnis from Do It Better Wellness to give this graceful form of exercise a try. Tai Chi puts minimal stress on muscles and joints and is suitable for all fitness levels. And, when performed regularly, it has shown a wide range of wellness benefits including decreased stress, improved muscle strength, increased energy, enhanced quality of sleep … and more.
