STRESS - we’ve all felt it and we all deal with it differently. Come join Wendy Romig, owner of Sage Integrative Health Center for a fascinating discussion on the physiological effects of stress on our gut, thyroid, sleep and brain. We’ll also learn why we reach for all the wrong foods and how to mitigate and reverse the negative effects of stress through a nutritional and herbal approach. As part of this interaction discussion, Wendy will combine the wisdom of ancient healing traditions along with modern evidence-based medicine.
Wendy Romig has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative health, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN), an MBA and will soon be a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition.
Following the event, please join us for happy hour at the Westin Hotel, Liberty Place, 99 S. 17th St., 2nd floor. Pay your own.
Registration, payments and cancellations* must be made by April 19, 2019. *No refunds will be given after this date.
