In the Gill case this year, the Supreme Court will determine the constitutional future of partisan gerrymandering. Join the scholars and advocates whose arguments are at the heart of the case, including Erin Murphy and Nicholas Stephanopoulos, to explore whether and how the Constitution might be interpreted to limit partisan gerrymandering and why it matters for American democracy.

Please join us for this thought-provoking conversation.

As America’s Town Hall, the National Constitution Center brings the leading conservative and liberal thought leaders together to debate the Constitution. Through timely programs, a blog, and podcasts available on a range of media platforms, the Center illuminates constitutional issues that affect the lives of all Americans.
This program will consist of two back-to-back panels and will run about 90 minutes.
