Join us for an evening discussing and developing a set of strategies to handle being on your own. At some point in time this is inevitable for the vast majority of us. Alone does not equate to lonely: This need not be a negative time or disturb our well-being if we are working on a plan and a positive attitude. If we allow it, being on one’s own can nurture growth and a full rewarding life.
In an open discussion, learn from one another some of the strong points of being on one’s own as well as how to overcome the obstacles and the fear.
Figure out how to develop a plan and a support system to lessen the anxieties we all have by sharing your experiences, solutions and ideas.
Join us in a Talking Circle led by a skilled facilitator.
Facilitator: Elaine Kinney, M.A., FacilitatorElaine was a counselor for individuals, couples, families and groups, who was in private practice for eighteen years in four countries (UAE, USA, Qatar and China).
