Gwynne McConkey went the non-profit route and joined the staff of the Newark Museum in development after a wonderful career as a television operations and technology executive, She quickly decided that she preferred a diverse portfolio of volunteer work, family support and traveling to another fulltime job.
Demoting herself to volunteer, she remains passionate about the Newark Museum. She has also found a home at TTN, enjoying the comradery of an interesting and diverse group of women.
Gwynne lives in Fort Lee with her husband Michael. They enjoy theater, film and active travel.
As Chapter Co-Chair, Gwynne is also the Chair on the Program Committee in addition to helping the Chapter evolve and grow.
Rosemary Byrne joined TTN as she was winding down a 30+ year career as a litigator and corporate lawyer and beginning her “next act.” A resident of Englewood, she has switched the focus of her “counselling” from law to life and retirement planning and now serves as a coach and mentor for senior lawyers and other business professionals. She chairs our Culture Mavens and Movie Group. She is always looking to find events and speakers to inform and interest our members. As Chapter Co-Chair, Rosemary will be the liaison to the New Jersey Peer Groups in addition to helping the Chapter evolve and grow.
Meet our Chapter Steering Committee members:
Judy Glick returned to school in 1990 to complete her undergraduate and master’s degrees, both degree are in social work. She worked as Director of Social Services in nursing homes and has been in private practice for 20 years providing psychotherapy services to the homebound elderly and disabled.
A close friend encouraged her to join the NY chapter of TTN about 12 years ago. After a couple of years she organized a peer group in Bergen County, NJ and became the peer group chair when TTN’s North/Central New Jersey chapter was formed. Judy lives in Midland Park.
As a member of the Steering Committee, Judy will be the primary contact for new members of the TTN NJ Chapter.
Carla Loffredo, a veteran of the Communications Industry, semi-retired in 2013 as a senior executive at GroupM. While continuing to do project work, Carla looked to expand her circle of friends, contacts and interests beyond the communications field. Upon the suggestion of a dear friend in Atlanta who is a TTN member. Carla joined TTN in 2013 and became a member of the NJWIT peer group. TTN has provided her the opportunity to share new experiences and develop friendships with terrific women.
As TTN NJ Communications Co- Chair, responsible for promoting and sharing the various activities of the Northern NJ/Bergen Peer groups.
Miriam Rinn is retired and lives in northern NJ, where she has resided for several decades. She has worked as a children's book editor, a freelance writer and editor, and a communications manager for a nonprofit organization. She is the author of the children's novel "The Saturday Secret," which was recently selected by PJ Our Way. She also writes an arts & culture blog for the Jewish Standard/Times of Israel website. She has two married sons and four granddaughters, with whom she loves spending time.

Donna Ward retired happily in 2018 after a 35 year career in global brand marketing, working for consumer packaged goods companies like Bayer, Procter and Gamble, Eastman Kodak and American Cyanamid. After spending years living abroad and constantly travelling internationally for business, Donna joined TTN to build a local network of women who are exploring new phases in their lives. Since retiring, Donna has pursued new non-profit interests, eg volunteering for the recent NJ 11 congressional campaign, becoming a court appointed advocate for children in foster care, visiting detainees held in NJ immigration centers, etc. Donna and her husband Greg, have 3 adult children and split their time between Montclair, NJ and New York City.

Debbie retired in 2013, after 41 years in insight and strategy at consumer package goods companies in the NY area. After more than 500 business trips, Debbie is happy to travel now for pleasure. She has two daughters and enjoys every moment with her young grandson. Debbie loves volunteering, working as a docent at the Montclair Art Museum, counselling victims of domestic violence for local police departments, and cooking and serving at the local soup kitchen.
Debbie is the Finance Chair for her local TTN chapter and a member of the Programming Committee.
Cheryl Bonder is a Professional Health & Wellness Life Coach, Positive Behavioral Change Coach and Motivational Speaker. She offers great insight as to what it takes to fully commit to living a happier, more joyful life through goal setting, accountability, focus, and improved mind set. Cheryl’s practice is Marigold Health & Wellness Consulting in Verona, New Jersey. She lives in Verona, New Jersey with her sweet little Bichon Poodle Mollie. She enjoys the theater with her older daughter who works on Broadway and film with her younger daughter who is presently working on a new Sony film, travel, going to museums, comedy clubs, concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.
