TTN Board Member Named Woman of the Year

(Posted April 14, 2021)

We are proud to announce that Vrinda Menon, a member of The Transition Network’s Board of Directors, was named “Woman of the Year” by WatersTechnology in its 2021 Women in Technology & Data awards.  WatersTechnology is the financial services industry’s premier provider of information about technology and data.
Before immigrating to the United States, Vrinda attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India – a highly competitive university that accepts just 1.47% of applicants.  She was one of only 16 women in a class of 400 students.

Vrinda now holds a senior executive position at JP Morgan Private Bank, where she is Chief Technology Officer for Operations and Client Services, responsible for a team of over 700  people.  Before joining the bank three years ago, she spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where her last role was Managing Director in Operations Engineering.

“We are honored to have someone with Vrinda’s professional achievements on our Board,” said Carol Oswald, Board President, “and the whole TTN community is thrilled to welcome a new member with Vrinda’s energy, confidence and dedication to helping other women succeed.”
