Member Melissa Cathcart LAc taught a class on Bladder and Pelvic Floor Health in November. Twenty women attended this lunch and learn program. We practiced some Kegels and learned that there are techniques to train our bladders to behave better. We learned that stress is bad, exercise is great and our bladder size is ok.
