Sally Hoit, Psy.D, MEd., will offer insight and perspective regarding various aspects of being in transition, whether we are in this by choice or by unexpected circumstances.
The program will cover the impact of change on our expectations, routines, assumptions and our self-esteem. Sally will offer strategies for evaluating our goals, appreciating the unique opportunities for growth at this stage, and maintaining a positive outlook. No matter where you are in your personal transition, we hope you will join us.
As you already know if you’ve been to any of our events, there will be time for stimulating interaction with the group, and valuable resources will be provided. From 6:00 to 6:30pm we'll get acquainted and eat dinner if we bring a brown-bag meal with us. From 8:00 - 9:00pm there will be an open discussion.
Sally is a Chicago Chapter TTN member who has a private practice in Winnetka. She has broad experience counseling and helping people manage life changes.
This program is free to members, $10 for non-members. The non-member fee will be waived if you join TTN at the meeting.
