You’ll create and maintain your profile, customize settings, develop your network, join groups, use LINKEDIN Apps and tools, find a job, and conduct business. If you have a laptop, bring it; if not, you’ll receive handouts and follow-on resources from our expert presenter.

Ariel Richmond-Parks is a founding partner and creative director at Accolade, a Washington, DC-based marketing and business development firm. She specializes in marketing, corporate communications, technology implementation, project management and strategic planning. She comes from a varied background in multimedia/web production, project management and non-profit management for Rock.com Music Network, Education Development Center (EDC) and the University of Pennsylvania’s Institute for Research in Cognitive Science. She has studied at both Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania.
Currently, Ariel serves as a marketing lecturer for the Washington, DC chapter of SCORE, a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration
