Medicare - Demystified!
with Joyce Dubow
This workshop will be an interactive discussion about Medicare – how it could affect you or your loved ones. Learn about this essential program: who is eligible, what it covers, what are your choices, how care is delivered, what it costs, and what are your rights and responsibilities. We will also talk about Medicare’s
future – what is likely to change and what will remain the same.
Our expert is Joyce Dubow, Senior Health Care Reform Director in AARP’s Office of Policy and Strategy. She has responsibility for a portfolio related to health care reform initiatives, with a special focus on health care quality, consumer decision making and private health plans in the Medicare program.
Saturday, March 17, 2012, 10 a.m. to noon
Cost: $10 for members, $15 for nonmembers
