Research, led by Dr. Marvin Seligman, shows that resilience is key in handling the many transitions we face at this stage of our lives. They have identified nine specific characteristics that we can strengthen to improve our ability to bounce back from the changes that will occur. After our initial roll-out meeting, small groups will be formed throughout the Delaware Valley. The groups, led by a facilitator, will meet regularly to learn how to develop their individual character strengths and build resilience.
Note: You must register for this event no later than October 16. You will only be permitted to attend if your name is on the registration list in the lobby on the day of the event and you have a photo ID.
