Michael McCaulley is one of the city's top Sommeliers who was recently nominated for two prestigious James Beard Awards for excellence in wine service. He is the Wine Director and Partner at Tria, Philadelphia's leading wine, cheese and beer cafe which now has three locations. The Tria Fermentation School is where thousands of students have attended classes over the last five years earning several awards including "Best of Philly," Wine Spectator accolades, and selected by Food and Wine Magazine as one of the country's top wine destinations.
