Welcome Back Our Summer Intern Ashley!

Ashley Taylor, our summer intern from 2011, has returned to The Transition Network for the next four weeks.She comes to us after completing an eight week internship in Thailand. Ashley was selected to be part of DukeEngage, a program which sponsors around 400 students each year to participate in various international and domestic service opportunities.
The Thailand program funded 10 students to work at an eco-friendly elephant home in a rural village in the Chiang Mai region. Ashley helped to carry out local conservation efforts and create sustainable tourism business opportunities.
After this extraordinary opportunity, Ashley is thrilled to be back at The Transition Network for the remainder of her summer. She looks forward to learning more from Betsy, TTN, and other TTN members, and assisting with various chapters on their social networking goals.
