And they come to TTN with wonderful life stories of successful careers, diverse families, and plentiful life experiences to share. Browse through our Member Profiles to learn more about what brought our members to this point in their lives, what they are hoping to accomplish next and how they view their impact on the world.
TTN in Transition – Cathy Carrington Moves to Oregon
In her eight years with The Transition Network, Cathy Carrington has seen many successful transitions. Inspired by members’ examples, she and her husband have decided to uproot themselves from Brooklyn and move to Portland OR.Cathy joined TTN when membership was 300 and we had only one chapter, bringing skills from past jobs in academia, architecture and life experience as the youngest child in a big family. She’s been an indispensable part of TTN’s growth, handling membership, communications, special projects…and anything else we threw at her.
The staff and members who worked with Cathy will really miss her sense of humor, infinite patience, attention to every detail and total reliability. Thank you for eight great years, Cathy!
We are recruiting a replacement for Cathy – here’s a link to the job description.
