Philadelphia Chapter TRANSITION peer Groups

The heart and soul of TTN is its small groups - "Transition Peer Groups" and "Special Interest Groups."  This is where women connect – face to face – to explore what’s next together.

TRANSITION PEER GROUPS

Transition Peer Groups generally consist of 8 to 10 women who meet monthly to focus on general transition/rewiring issues.  Here members come to articulate, define, think through and manage change in their lives.  Whether it’s leaving full-time work, dealing with post-employment issues or other major next-stage challenges, members help each other think through what’s next, and especially what’s possible.

Transition peer groups benefit from the guidelines established by the Peer Group Committee.  These guidelines are based on the experience of the many successful peer groups in the organization.

Transition peer groups are managed by the Peer Group Committee which monitors the groups to ensure they are effective for their members.  Groups are formed by the committee when there are enough women in a general geographic area with common time availability to start a new group.

You must be a member of TTN to be assigned to a transition peer group.
