Betsy Werley, Executive Director
Betsy is proud to be an “encore career” role model. She joined TTN in 2005, after spending 26 years in the for-profit sector, first as a corporate lawyer and then leading business projects at JPMorgan Chase. Her volunteer service as President of the Financial Women's Association was the catalyst for her decision to pursue a non-profit job; she's also active in Baruch College's Executives on Campus program as a mentor.
Betsy is a regular speaker on transitioning to the nonprofit sector and career transitions in general. Her transition story is featured in What's Next? How to Follow Your Passions to a Fantastic and Fulfilling New Career, by Kerry Hannon, AARP's Job expert; and The Big Shift by Marc Freedman, founder and CEO of Encore.org.

Sara Lyons - Member Services, Outreach Support
Sara is TTN's newest staff member and a recent grad of the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She looks forward to bringing her education in Gender and Women's Studies as well as her varied background in administration and the arts to the team at the national office and the vibrant women of TTN. She handles Membership Support to both chapters and members, including account questions, renewals, and payment issues, and edits the NYC Chapter Newsletter and other TTN publications. She looks forward to supporting new projects as TTN continues to grow and serve more women across the country.

Marie Constantin - Chapter & Events Support / NYC Programs 
Marie coordinates and handles events for our NYC Chapter and Event Support for all chapters. Her past experience includes independent administrative consulting and event planning catering to small businesses, freelancers and nonprofit organizations. Carole Holland - Website Administration / National Newsletter & Technical Support / National & Chapter Bookkeeping
Carole has been a member of the TTN staff since January 1, 2007. Originally joining us as our Membership Services & Peer Groups Coordinator, she ultimately transitioned into our Web Administrator. As TTN continues to change and evolve, so do the tasks our staff takes on; in addition to managing all web related support for members and chapters, handling all technical issues and helping to develop the TTN website into an active, vibrant destination site, Carole also been handles bookkeeping and financial management of the National and Chapter accounts and has recently taken on the task of editor (again!) of the TTN national newsletter.Contact Carole: carole@thetransitionnetwork.org or leave your message for Carole at 212-803-6120.
